SHIPPING POLICIES

All items are shipped from Las Piedras, PR or Orlando, Florida is depends where im located at the moment that you order.

USA Shipments: Items can ship via USPS First Class Mail (USPS does not offer insurance with this option), USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express or UPS Services. You will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. USPS do not work on Sundays or Holidays, shipping times are affected by National Weather and Holiday seasons so take that into consideration when placing your order. Shipping times are an estimate and they do not guarantee  shipping times.

Orders are final sale, returns are not allowed, all orders are custom and we do not hold inventory for cookie cutters. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us right away. You cannot cancel the order once is confirmed.

If your order does not arrive or arrived damaged ,you can contact us for a full refund. If this is not the case, you will not receive a refund.

Order Fulfillment
